Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a naroc account or using the naroc platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Beta status

naroc is currently offered only to a closed group of invited users as part of an active test/Beta phase, operated by a private individual. By participating, you acknowledge that naroc does not yet have the characteristics of a finished, commercially released product, and you knowingly accept the following:

• naroc is an invitation-only test service — you may not share your access with third parties.
• The service may contain errors, incomplete functionality and other technical limitations typical of a Beta release.
• Availability is not guaranteed; naroc may be temporarily or permanently unavailable, including without advance notice.
• Functions may change, be added, restricted or removed at any time as the Beta evolves.
• Planned or unplanned maintenance and interruptions may occur.
• Beta data — including watchlists, preferences and analytical history — may be reset or lost.
• Support is provided on a best-effort basis only, without a guaranteed response time.

These Beta-specific conditions do not limit or waive any statutory right that cannot lawfully be waived.

3. Description of service

naroc is a market intelligence platform that provides market data, watchlist management and analytical scores and signals. naroc does not provide investment advice and is not a regulated financial service. naroc does not execute trades and does not hold or manage customer funds or assets.

4. Third-party services

naroc relies on third-party providers for market data (such as Twelve Data and OpenFIGI), email delivery, hosting and, if enabled, payment processing. naroc does not control these providers and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy or errors. Market data is provided for informational purposes only and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate.

5. No investment advice; accuracy of data and analysis

All content provided by naroc — including market data, scores, signals, ratings, calculations and analyses — is for informational and analytical purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment or tax advice, and nothing is personalized to your individual situation.

• Market data sourced from third-party providers may be delayed, incomplete, incorrect or temporarily unavailable.
• naroc's own scores, signals, ratings, calculations and analyses are generated automatically and may themselves be incorrect, incomplete, or based on delayed or faulty underlying data.
• These outputs describe a computed, backward-looking or model-based assessment only and do not constitute a guarantee, prediction or assurance of any future market or security performance.
• You make your financial and investment decisions independently, and should take your individual financial circumstances and objectives into account when doing so.
• Always consult a qualified professional before making investment decisions.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information during registration. One account per person.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse naroc, attempt unauthorised access, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

8. Payments

naroc does not currently offer any paid subscription or payment flow during this Beta. All functionality made available to Beta users is provided free of charge. Payment and subscription terms will be published separately before any paid functionality is introduced.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms, or to end the Beta at any time.

10. Liability and warranty

naroc does not warrant that market data, analyses, scores or signals provided through the platform will always be available, error-free, complete or accurate. This applies in particular to data obtained from third-party providers. Beyond this, our liability is limited as follows:

• Unlimited liability for death, personal injury or damage to health.
• Unlimited liability for damage caused by intent or gross negligence.
• For slight negligence, liability is limited to a breach of essential contractual obligations (obligations whose fulfilment is necessary to achieve the purpose of the contract) and, in that case, is limited to damage that is foreseeable and typical for this type of contract.
• Liability for any other case of slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
• Mandatory statutory liability, in particular under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz), remains unaffected.
• Your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected by this section, including any mandatory statutory rights applicable to digital products or digital services (e.g. §§ 327 et seq. of the German Civil Code, BGB).

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time, for example to reflect legal, technical or service changes.

• We will inform you about material changes, for example by email or a notice within the platform, before they take effect.
• Where your explicit consent to a change is legally required, we will obtain that consent before the change becomes effective for you.
• Your statutory rights are not affected by any update to these terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any place of jurisdiction is subject to mandatory statutory consumer-protection rules and will be finalised as part of legal review.
